About the Painting
Garr has a love (well, maybe an obsession) with penguins. When deciding to paint one, and given his unusual thought processes, he rejected placing the stately bird in its natural environment. Instead he envisioned his penguin on a ramble through a sunny meadow, walking his pet hummingbird. What could be more natural?
